That's why we're on call at every time. When you ring, we help you stop the water or make the electrics safe straight away. Then we send the nearest engineer. We aim to be with you within 60 minutes. London traffic and busy periods can sometimes make it longer. If that happens, we'll tell you straight away and keep you updated, so you always know when we'll arrive.

Before any work starts, you'll know the price. If you don't want to go ahead, you only pay the callout. No pressure, and no surprise bills.

The callout includes the first hour. One price, nothing added on top: travel, parking, congestion charge, ULEZ and VAT are all included. Parts are charged at the price on your quote.

How quickly can you get to me?

We aim to be with you within 60 minutes anywhere in Greater London, and 60 to 90 minutes in towns just outside, like Watford, Slough or Guildford. London traffic and busy nights can sometimes make it longer. When that happens, we tell you honestly and keep you updated, so you're never left wondering.

Do you really work nights and bank holidays?

Yes. We're on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Christmas Day.

What if I don't want the repair after you quote?

You only pay the callout. There's no pressure to go ahead, and we'll leave everything safe before we go.

Can you help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We give you photos, a short report and an itemised invoice to send to your insurer.

Do you work for landlords and businesses?

How do I pay?

By card on the day, or by bank transfer if you have an account with us. Your invoice comes by email before the engineer leaves.
