Who we are
EmergencyFix24 handles plumbing and electrical emergencies across Greater London and the towns around it. We started the company because emergency callouts are too often stressful twice over: once when something breaks, and again when the bill arrives. So we keep it simple. A real person on the phone, an engineer who works for us, and a price you agree before any work starts.
How we work
- Our own engineers. We don't pass your job to a subcontractor or a lead-buying network.
- Plumbing and electrics under one roof. When a leak reaches your wiring, you don't need two companies.
- Price before work. The engineer gives you a fixed price after finding the fault. If you say no, you pay only the callout.
- Written records. Photos, a short report and an itemised invoice after every job, useful for insurers and landlords.
Where we work
Our engineers work right across London, from Westminster and Camden to Croydon, Bromley and Ealing, plus nearby towns such as Watford and Slough. Our office is in Acton, west London. See every area we cover.
